Koller Appraisals is owned and operated by Kevin Koller, a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in PA. He is approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) appraisals.
After several years of working for a large homebuilder, Kevin began his career as a real estate appraiser in 2009 and was certified in 2012. Over the past 11 years, Kevin has earned a solid reputation in the industry from his comprehensive knowledge of local markets, advanced analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable and accurate appraisal reports.
Kevin currently resides in Erdenheim with his wife and two children. Kevin graduated with a BA in Accounting from The Catholic University of America in 2003 and is also a graduate of LaSalle College Highschool.
